Enoferm CSM® 

Enoferm CSM® is wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with a moderate fermentation speed, medium nitrogen needs, a temperature range of 59-89.2 degrees Fahrenheit, and lack of alcohol tolerance above 14%. It favors color and phenolic extraction and adds complexity along with balanced, round mouthfeel; it also promotes malolactic fermentation. It is used only to produce red wines.
