Enoferm M1® 

Enoferm M1® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with a slow fermentation speed, high nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit. It creates high production of esters, producing a taste often described as "fruit punch." It is used to produce aromatic rosé and white wines, especially wines with residual sugar.
