Enoferm M2® 

Enoferm M2® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with moderate fermentation speed, medium-to-high nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-86 degrees Fahrenheit. It produces citrus and blossom notes, and has an overall ester sensory effect. It is used in the production of both red and white wines.
