Enoferm Syrah® 

Enoferm Syrah® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with moderate fermentation speed, medium nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-89.6 degrees Fahrenheit. It produces high glycerol, good mouthfeel, and stable color extraction; typically, it creates aromas including violets, raspberries, cassis, strawberries, and black pepper. It is used mostly in the production of red, and sometimes rosé, wines.
