Lalvin Clos® 

Lalvin Clos® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with fast fermentation speed, medium nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 55.4-95 degrees Fahrenheit. It enhances varietal character, aromatic complexity, structure and mouthfeel and works well in difficult fermentation conditions. It is used in the production of red wines, especially premium varieties.
