Lalvin ICV D47® 

Lalvin ICV D47® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with a moderate fermentation speed, low nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-86 degrees Fahrenheit. It enhances varietal character, and is a high polysaccharide producer that creates accentuated fruit and great volume. It is used mainly in the production of white and rosé wines, but may be used for red wines as well.
