Lalvin VP41® 

Lalvin VP41® is a malolactic bacteria used for direct inoculation. Lalvin VP41® has good implantation, high alcohol and SO2 tolerance, plus steady fermentation kinetics which make it a very reliable malolactic fermentation culture to use when a significant impact on wine structure is desired. Lalvin VP41® enhances complexity and mouthfeel, and has been adapted for high alcohol wines.
