1-Step VP41® 

1-Step VP41® is a malolactic bacteria that promotes fermentation in most red and white wines in a wide range of oenologicla conditions. 1-Step VP41® has very good implantation, high alcohol and SO2 tolerance which makes it a reliable malolactic fermentation culture to use when impact on wine structure is desired. 1-Step VP41® enhances complexity and mouthfeel, and has been adapted for high alcohol wines.
