Combined with our second butter type (Butter CO2-se extract, Dist. Type, product code 096.004) – rich in smell, you can create your own flavoring note. As natural flavouring extract (FTNF = from the named fruit) it is suitable for Clean Label declaration. This Butter CO2 extract is lactose-free, does not need any preservatives and offers long shelf life (60 months after production until re-test). It is kosher and halal certified.
