Thanks to the high concentration of CO2 extracts, it is possible to incorporate this liquid butter extract in a low dosage into your products. This allows the use in organic certified product lines. Especially bakeries, confectionery, candies, ice cream, popcorn, cereals and dressings profit from Butter CO2-se extract, Cryst. Type. The product combines well with vanilla and cocoa flavourings. Combined with our second butter type (Butter CO2-se extract, Dist. Type, product code 096.004) – rich in smell, you can create your own flavoring note. As natural flavouring extract (FTNF = from the named fruit) it is suitable for Clean Label declaration. This Butter CO2 extract is lactose-free, does not need any preservatives and offers long shelf life (60 months after production until re-test). It is kosher and halal certified.
