Especially bakeries, confectionery, candies, ice cream, popcorn, cereals and dressings profit from Butter CO2-se extract, Cryst. Type. The product combines well with vanilla and cocoa flavourings. Combined with our second butter type (Butter CO2-se extract, Dist. Type, product code 096.004) – rich in smell, you can create your own flavoring note.
