MAYCO® QUENCH BASE 155 is a quality fast quenching oil additive designed for parts in need of an optimum quenching effect. MAYCO® QUENCH BASE 155 is recommended to be added to paraffinic base stocks because of their heat stability. MAYCO® QUENCH BASE 155 when used at 10% in 70SUS paraffinic oil will have a GMQuenchometer speed between 7 and 9 seconds (pure nickel ball @ 800F). MAYCO® QUENCH BASE 155 can also be added to 70-100 SUS basestocks to obtain a quench speed of 10-12 seconds. Variances will depend on the quality of the base stocks used.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
