AQUALUNA® is extracted from the flower of Epiphyllum oxypetalum, also called Beauty under the Moon or Queen of the Night. The flower will only open for a few hours for a single night. Once the inflorescence begins to wilt, it becomes edible. Often used in homeopathy to relieve urinary tract infections and heart conditions, it is also considered as a sacred flower that brings good luck and prosperity. After blooming the night before, flowers can be picked by hand the next morning.
