ULTRAPEG® 600 is a hygroscopic polymer that is highly soluble in water due to the hydrophilic characteristic provided by the polyoxyethylene chain. It has an appearance of liquid at 25°C, with an average molecular weight of 570-630, a hydroxyl value of 178-197mg KOH/g, and a water content of 0.25% max. By varying the molecular weight, liquid or solid products can be obtained, covering a wide range of viscosity, melting points and hardness consistency.
