Healthy Foundations® Low Sodium Advantage Vegetable Base is a granular seasoning and base made with herbs, vegetables, and flavorings. It is a vegetarian product that is USDA approved and contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG). Healthy Foundations® Low Sodium Advantage Vegetable Base has a golden color and pleasant flavor and aroma characteristic of long simmered vegetables when prepared while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. It is water soluble and used to create or enhance soups, stocks, gravies, stews, sauces, rice and pasta dishes. It can additionally be used to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil.
