Durkex™ 500 is a multi-purpose high stability oil produced by a unique fractionation process. Its high stability is achieved without any added antioxidants, giving stability approximately twenty times greater than ordinary salad oil. This product has superior functionality as a protective coating or gloss enhancer for dried fruits and nuts, anti-dusting agent for dry mixes and seasoning blends, carrier oil for color or flavor dispersion, and as a moisture migration inhibitor/shelf life extender for cereal and snack products. It has a color value of 5R max.
Loders Croklaan’s line of trans-free emulsified shortenings is prepared without hydrogenation and possesses properties of texture, shelf life and aeration comparable to emulsified shortenings based on partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
