Salted Butter is a Grade AA sweet cream and lightly salted butter that is manufactured to conform to all requirements for the USDA and FDA. It is composed of 80.0 - 80.8% butterfat, 16.0 - 18.0% moisture, 1.5 - 2.0% salt, and 1.1 - 1.8% curd. This product has a typical taste for fresh sweet cream butter and a pleasing smell with no off odors. Salted Butter can be refrigerated at 32°-38°F for up to four months. Relative humidity should be kept between 80 and 85 percent, and can be frozen at negative 10°F to negative 20°F for up to one year. Salted Butter should be kept sealed, in a dry poly-lined carton.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
