Bayhydur® BL 5335 is a hydrophilized, blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate based on Desmodur® W, in combination with Bayhydrol® grade OH-functional polymers for the formulation of lightfast, single-component polyurethane baking coatings. This product has a non-volatile content (1g / 1h / 105°C) of 34-36, a flow time at 23°C, (4mmcup) of 10-30, a pH at 20°C of 4.4-6.0.
Bayhydur® BL 5335 is a blocked polyisocyanate and was developed for industrial use. It is used as a hardener for the formulation of lightfast one-component polyurethane baking coatings suitable for spray, dip or roller application. The product is preferably used in glass coating applications. It can be used in combination with Bayhydrol® U XP 2239 for the formulation of hydrolytically stable coatings with good glass adhesion and outstanding resistance to solvents and chemicals, in particular sodium hydroxide. Baking parameters are 30 minutes at 170°C.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
