Sucralose 

Sucralose is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is stable to heat, light and acids. This product is 600 times sweeter than sucrose, and is calorie-free. It is often used as a sweetener for baking, canning, pasteurization, and also can be used in confections, jams, milk products, baked goods, ice cream, wine, carbonated drinks and still beverages.
