Maltodextrin 

Maltodextrin is a refined corn starch as a raw material. Biological enzymes are purified to make this product. Maltodextrin is particularly suitable for many foods, seasonings, and filling material as well as able to improve the taste. It is a low-sweet, instant acid salt with anti-crystallization properties for good mobility. Maltodextrin is used for food and beverage foam with good retention.
