Bel'ase F 6025 is an enzymatic preparation of xylanase and amylase for use in dough conditioners. The balance of both enzymes is suited for all bakery applications requiring strong oven spring. It is further recommended in French style baguettes produced from retarded or frozen dough, parbaked or in direct dough processing made with flour grades with average or low gluten content.
