Castle Malting

Safspirit Fruit was specially selected for its fructophilic character as well as its high alcohol tolerance. It allows micro distillers to produce alcohol from plums, cherries, pears etc. It is packaged in 20x500g vacuum packed sachets. The recommended pitching rate is 30-50g/H1and fermentation temperature is 15-32C or 59-90F.
