Calcium Citrate 

Calcium Citrate is a white, odorless powder that is hardly soluble in water and almost insoluble in ethanol. In the food industry it is used as a chelating agent, buffer, coagulant, calcareous intensified agent, and can be used in soy products. It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, the net weight of each bag is 25 kg.
