Organic Clarified Rice Syrup is naturally produced by the enzymatic hydrolysis of Non-GMO and Organic Rice. Colorless and with a clean sweet flavor, the syrup provides exceptional functionalities for all food, beverage, and pharma applications. Organic Clarified Rice Syrup is produced from white rice, lightly filtered to deliver a clear syrup with a clean flavor profile, and applied in delicately flavored or frozen applications. It is also used in cookies, cakes, and muffins to stabilize moisture, moderate texture, and as a partial egg white replacement. Organic Clarified Rice Syrup can also be used in jelly and gum candies because of its ability to process viscosity and its clean flavor. Organic Clarified Rice Syrup has excellent freeze/thaw stability.
