Fish Gelatin is a food additive derived from the skin and scales of the tilapia fish. This product is available in USP, EP, JP, CP, FCC, Gel Strength 150-300 bloom, and Viscosity 2.0 - 5.0 grades. Fish Gelatin is most commonly used as a stabilizer, thickener, texturizer, and binder in hard shell, gummy, cotton candy, toffee, and pudding applications.
