SternPhil H 

SternPhil H is a liquid hydrolyzed lecithin with increased water dispersibility. It has 56% effective ingredient concentration. This product has a combination of hydrophilic and lipophilic properties which makes lecithin an extremely effective emulsifier. It is also a dispersing agent and antioxidant. SternPhil H is used in bakery products, chocolate, margarine, fats, instant product, infant formula, nutritional supplement, and chewing gum applications.
