L-Isoleucine 

L-Isoleucine is a white crystalline powder that is tasteless. It is both a glucogenic and a ketogenicamino acid. Foods that have high amounts of Isoleucine include eggs, soy protein, seaweed, turkey, chicken, lamb, cheese and fish.
