Yogurt Stabilizer, used for set yogurt and stirred yogurt. Suggest dosage: 0.4%~0.6%. Formulation preserves structure. Used to prevent oil/water emulsions from separating in salad dressing. Prevents ice crystals from forming in ice cream and prevents fruit from settling in jam and yogurt.
