Rice Malt Syrup is a thick brown liquid with a weak rice barley smell and a sweet malt taste. It is an acceptable ingredient for vegetarians, vegans and lacto-vegetarians and acts as a natural sweetener. Rice malt syrup is used in biscuits, cereal bars, confectionery, sauces, yogurts, soya based milks and desserts.
