High Fructose Syrup 

High Fructose Syrup is a sweetener made by enzymatic isomerization of glucose and fructose. Its sweetness is close to that of sucrose and its flavor is somewhat similar to that of natural fruit juice. High Fructose Syrup is used in prepared foods, canned fruit, and beverages.




Weide (Qinghai) Biotechnology Co. principally takes part in pushing development of Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus, otherwise called sunchoke, sunroot) and chicory root (Cichorium intybus var. sativum) and utilizing them as crude materials to deliver fructose syrup, polyfructose, fructooligosaccharide, inulin and other fructan items.
