OptiSol® 1002 Grade A 

OptiSol® 1002 Grade A is a concentrated grade A whey protein used in fresh dairy products. It is highly soluble and known for having a favorable flavor. The moisture content of OptiSol® 1002 Grade A is <5.5% with a pH value of 7.0-7.2 and is kosher and halal certified. It is primarily used in the production of yogurts, sour cream, cottage cheeses and other fresh dairy products.
