Ferulic Acid 

Ferulic acid is a hydroxycinnamic acid, a type of organic compound, a white or light brownish yellow crystalline powder that can be found in the seeds of coffee, apples, artichokes, oranges, and peanuts. It is also found in cereals and wheat. Ferulic Acid is used in processed foods, and in the production of vanillin as a flavoring agent. Ferulic acid has been reported to have many physiological functions, including antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombosis, and anti-cancer activities.
