Weyermann® Pale Wheat Malt 

Weyermann® Pale Wheat Malt is produced from quality wheat. It is an ideal foundation grain for pale Weizenbiers, such as Hefeweizen and Kristallweizen. This product is an essential ingredient in North American pub wheat ales. It adds creaminess, body, and complex wheat flavors to top-fermented beers. Its flavor has notes of bread, nuts, biscuit, toffee and light caramel. It is used for hefeweizen, German-style wheat ale, "Dunkle-Weizen," Weizenbock, wheat beer and "Kölsch" style beers.
