P’Chox 8020 is a hydrogenated and fractionated of palm kernel oil. It is a hard butter with excellent qualities. It is bland and odourless with excellent palatability. P'Chox is an economical cocoa butter substitute for moulded chocolates, an excellent coating for biscuits, wafers, and nuts while it is also used in whipping cream.
