SPMF 4 is a product made by the multiple fractionation of palm oil. It is characterized by a very high content in symmetrical di-saturated triglycerides (mainly POP) resulting in a very steep SFC/ temperature curve. It is ideal as a palm based ice cream fat and as a milk fat replacer. It is also very suitable for use in chocolate covered centers as an alternative to lauric fats. This product can also be used as shortening, frying fat or a dough fat.
