Grape Skin (GS-NP101) 

Grape Skin (GS-NP101) is red purple at pH 3.0 and is a water-soluble powder. This product has a concentration of 120 (E10%) and provides a natural red purple color. It is obtained from Vitis vinifera, and is used for coloring confectionery, soft drinks, dairy products, and frosting.
