Heat-Resistant Alpha-Amylase (20,000) is a clear, brown liquid made of Bacillus Subtilis cultures with excellent heat resistance. This product has an enzymatic activity of 20,000 u/ml. Heat-Resistant Alpha-Amylase (20,000) has a variety of uses in the food industry, but is most commonly used in the production of beer, starch sugar, and monosodium glutamate.
