Agrotécnica® Freeze-dried Veal is produced from selected veal from which the skin, fat and visible tendons are removed before being cooked, diced and freeze-dried. It has a dark cream color with a taste and smell typical of veal. It can be used in soups, stews and other foods which contain enough liquid to re-hydrate the veal. It can also be hydrated with water prior to using wherever fresh veal pieces would normally be used.
