Casein Phosphopeptide (CPP) is a water soluble, white powder produced from bovine casein by controlled enzymatic hydrolysis and subsequent refining and spray drying. It can effectively enhance the absorption of calcium and iron. This product has applications in formulated milk, nutritional soy milk, infant rice meal and other functional foods.
