Spark Cookie Improver 

Spark Cookie Improver is an integrated blend of Liquid Emulsifiers i.e., Poly Sorbate 60, Glycerol Mono Oleate and Glycerol Mono Ricinoleate, that is designed for improving the quality characteristics of cookies. This product controls spread and increases stack height, improves crispness and mouth feel, and improves appearance and gloss. The addition of Spark Cookie Improver should be done at the creaming stage.
