Aglupectin LA-S20 

Aglupectin LA-S20 is a low ester pectin that has been modified to be more tolerant of varying calcium concentrations. This gel can be heated and solidify again after cooling. It is used as a stabilizer and gelling agent for glazes, syrups, and other crushes. This product is used in functional foods and nutrition applications.
