Biobond™ TG-WM 

Biobond™ TG-WM is a white powder that is added to sausage and cooked ham. This product is used as a food additive in the food and beverage industry. It is a transglutaminase, also known as “meat glue”, which is a natural enzyme that can be used to bond proteins together. Biobond™ TG-WM is predominantly used to improve the texture of emulsified sausages and give them a firmer bite. It will reduce the slicing loses on sausage and cooked ham, and cause fermented sausages to be sliceable more quickly.
