Chocolate Fat is a vegetable oil that has been transformed through hydrogenation to turn liquid oil into a solid fat and increase the melting point. It is relatively inexpensive to use, extends the shelf life, and give products a smoothness without changing the taste. This product is developed especially for use in the production of chocolate. It is used in functional foods and nutrition applications.


Amoli International is a supplier of rice, wheat, corn, millets and edible oils. They offer palm oil, palm stearin, soybean oil, canola and sunflower seed oils. Amoli International oils are supplied in bulk and their margarine is available packaged.
