Bivi Ketch is a food stabilizer used in ketchup and other tomato flavored sauces with a vegetable content up to 40%. It helps reduce costs by achieving a good consistency without the need of other products. Bivi Ketch is GMO free and can be used in very acidic applications with a pH lower than 4.

They offer different ranges of agar agar powders developed for specific applications such as confectionery, meat dairy and beverages, etc..
