Bivi Ketch SH is a food stabilizer used in ketchup and other tomato flavored sauces with a vegetable content up to 40%. It helps reduce costs by achieving a good consistency without the need of other products. Bivi Ketch SH is GMO free and can be used in very acidic applications with a pH lower than 4.
