Probat 222 LYO 100 

Probat 222 LYO 100 is a fast acidifying culture that is used in milk and milk based products. It has a fast citrate fermentation process and through this process the culture forms a medium aroma and very fast CO2. It can be used with fresh cheeses, cheeses, fermented milk products and sour cream.
