PRB 6 HYP 5 D 

PRB 6 HYP 5 D is a blue mold culture in liquid suspension form that is used in cheese production. It is administered via direct inoculation in into the cheese milk. It exhibits a blue-green color and is able to grow at low oxygen tension. It is used in stilton, bleu d’Auvergne and Fourme d’Ambert.
