Yo-Mix 495 LYO 100 DCU 

Yo-Mix 495 LYO 100 DCU is a blend of defined strains of lactic bacteria for direct inoculation of milk, milk bases and other food applications. It gives quick acidification to pH 4.70 - 4.60 and then, a slower acidification to reach lower pH.
