Acid High Temperature α-Amylase 

Acid High Temperature α-Amylase is a snuff colored liquid made from Bacillus licheniformis through liquid fermentation and extraction. This product has good stability in an acid environment, can hydrolyze α-1,4 glucoside in starch molecule at high temperatures and decrease the concentration of starch fast. It is often used in beer production.
