Apple Puree 

Apple Puree is made from the processing of fresh, mature apples of the Starkin and Granny Smith varieties, which have been peeled and destoned. Apples contain fiber, vitamins C and A, antioxidants and minerals which are all beneficial to the body. Among the numerous health benefits, apples have anti-aging, calming and fever-reducing properties. They have a minimum brix of 11, a pH ranging from 3.4 to 4, and a minimum of 400 ppm vitamin C at production. It has found application in juices, soft drinks, fruit drinks, smoothies, yogurt and yogurt desserts, baked goods, and baby foods.
